- Your name updated on the phone
- Voicemail PIN reset (if needed)
- Classroom/office location update
Note: This ensures compliance with RAY BAUM’s Act and Kari’s Law for emergency call location accuracy.
Making Calls
- Internal: Dial the 5-digit extension
- External: Dial the 10-digit number
- Emergency: Dial 911
Ways to call:
- Handset: Pick up, dial, press Send or #
- Speakerphone: Press the speaker button
, dial, Send
- Headset: Press the headset button
, dial, Send
Answering, Transferring & Holding Calls
To Answer: Pick up the handset, or press Speaker/Headset button.
To Transfer:
- Blind: Press Transfer
, dial, Transfer again
- Attended: Transfer, dial, speak, Transfer again
Hold/Resume: Press Hold , then Resume
Conference Calls
During a call:
- Press Conference
- Dial new number, press Send
- When answered, press Conference again
Voicemail
- Press Voicemail button
or dial *97
- From another phone: *98, then extension + PIN
Visual Voicemail: Navigate with screen and soft keys to play/delete messages.
Extras
- Redial: Press Redial
- Volume: Use Volume Up/Down
