If your School Gate Guardian screen looks like this and is stuck on 0% and NOT moving please do the following
1. Unplug everything from the laptop and wait for the update to finish
2. Once the update finishes and you are at the sign in screen you may plug everything back in
3. You may have to restart the laptop once everything is plugged back in
